Do you wonder why we want letters so desperately?

A letter by itself is loved by a Soldier. I have been told they hang them on their bulletin boards, tack it by their bed, or anywhere they can read them daily. We combine it with a candy bar and a note from OEH that shares the salvation message and the Soldier’s Chaplain’s phone number. The Chaplain is one of the few people the Soldiers can talk to with out any ramifications to their military record. This is an amazing tool to reach Soldiers.
